- Purchasing Factory SME will communicate with customers (Internal Clients), Vendors and other Genpact teams via phone, chat and email, utilizing various tools and applications including, SAP, DocuSign, KOBuy, Sharepoint platforms and others.
- Excellent communication skills, understanding of end to end process, Procurement requirements and policy is required.
- Assist customers with template completion, Document submission and requests for Contract Management, Vendor Set up, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts and Reports.
- Respond timely to customer inquiries, in accordance with agreed SLA’s.
- Demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
- Demonstrate ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Review reports, logs to ensure any issues are logged, tickets are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Work with other groups as required to ensure accuracy of customer and contact information.
- Monitor the queue
- Act as next level of escalation back up as required
- Build dashboard
- Support and groom junior staff members
- Overall experience of 6+ years
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable and Customer service / Help Desk
- Russian C1 level
- English C1 level
- Working experience on SAP and other Purchasing systems.
- MS Excel, SharePoint and Related system Tools
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Enterprise level experience and comfortable with executive-level management interaction
