- professional contact with the client - comprehensive telephone and e-mail service in the field of inquiries, solving reported problems, etc.
- identification of needs and customer satisfaction survey
- building and maintaining positive relationships with partners and customers
- you have experience working in a similar position, min. 1 year or you have the status of a student - a necessary condition
- you are open-minded, communicative and connect easily you are independent in action and you can organize your working time very well
- you speak Romanian at a communicative level - necessary condition
