Customer Service Professional with German
GDAŃSK
(hybrid mode - 2 days/week from the office)
- Providing the highest level of customer service (phone/e-mail) in fin-tech industry;
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in German (C1) and basic English (A2);
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:
- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
- Basic salary + bonuses;
- Flexible working hours: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm, Monday - Sunday (5 days per week, 8 hours a day);
- hybrid work (only 2 days from the office in Gdańsk).
