Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak
Location: Remote work, Poland area
Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service;
- Answering incoming calls, mails, chat messages and meeting targets set by our client and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Fluent knowledge of both Czech and Slovak and good knowledge of English (B1);
- Experience: Good to have experience in customer service;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic, not scared of challenges.

Working conditions:
- Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students below 26 years old and employment contract for employees above 26 years old);
- Basic salary + monthly bonuses;
- Work fully remotely from the comfort of your own home (Poland area only).
