Customer Service Specialist with Italian

Your daily tasks:
- Providing the highest level of customer service (primarily e-mail);
- Answering customers questions and meeting targets set by the Client and management;
- Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
- Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
- Cooperating with data center technicians regarding updates and order status.
What do we expect from you?
- Language: Proficiency in Italian (C1)
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales but its not necessary;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
- Ability to prioritize and plan;
- Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Attention to detail;
- Sales skills;
- Soft skills.
