Key Operational Responsibilities
As a key player in managing our clients European IP Portfolios, you will collaborate closely with fellow IP Portfolio paralegals, the Marketing Executive, the Office Assistant, and the directors of AIPEX.
- Track and manage email traffic and physical correspondence
- Create and update dockets in the Document Management System
- Oversee European and PCT application procedures
- Validate European granted patents across multiple countries
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Monitor and manage deadlines
- Maintain contact with colleagues across Europe
- Act as a pivotal link between partners and clients
- Keep procedures up to date and efficient
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service
- Minimal 1 year experience in IP portfolio management
- Commitment to a minimum of 40 hours per week
- High proficiency in verbal and written English - C1/C2
- Autonomy in your role
- Work from anywhere in Poland, 100% remote or hybrid
