- Develop and execute the Polish channel SME sales strategy to achieve new clients and sales.
- Identify, qualify, and capitalize on commercial opportunities with specialized curtains stores, design showrooms and retail chains, excluding distributors in order to achieve the target prices in the market .
- Cultivate fruitful relationships with key contacts across textiles/curtains companies.
- Review market dynamics to adjust pricing and stay ahead of competitors.
- Negotiate partner agreements with companies in your market.
- Ensure support in order processing and timely delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales meetings with the clients
- Proven experience in sales as agent or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time relashionship skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, is a plus.
- Team spirit and dynamism.
- Sense of initiative.
- Textiles or interior textiles market knowledge is a big advantage.
- Based in Warsaw, Poznan or a big city with renowned curtains businesses in the area
- Combination of fieldwork with office work, and partial home-office.
