Your tasks will involve:
- Leading, managing, overseeing and supporting a team of Customer Service Agents;
- Ensuring the Team fulfills KPI’s set by clients;
- Facilitating clear and efficient communications;
- Rewarding Agents for best results;
- Participating in the recruitment and induction processes.
- You are looking to work in hybrid mode or entirely from home (area of Poland only);
- You have fluent command of spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2) (Both);
- You can effectively manage a team, offer constructive feedback, oversee processes and growth (at least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment);
- You have excellent manners and high personal standards;
- You are motivated and growth oriented;
- You are no stranger to MS Office software;
- You think logically, and are good at problem-solving and introducing improvement solutions;
- Grow and develop, 92% of our Management started their journey in Customer Care;
